COVID-19 Update - June 2020


As the COVID-19 outbreak continues to evolve, we are committed to supporting the needs of our community while complying with the health and safety guidelines provided by Government

We want to provide you with an update as to what we are doing to keep our customers and our staff safe during this time of heightened concern.

Online orders

Our online business is operating as normal and is fulfilling orders and shipping them ASAP from our Devonport store. Do expect delays in parcel delivery (additional 1-2 weeks) as Australia Post is experiencing very high parcel volumes. Please choose Express option if you want delivery to be prioritised by Australia Post, but note that delays may still impact due date.

Our staff are being supported with clear health and hygiene guidelines including washing hands regularly and continuous cleaning of high-touch areas (such as counter and packing areas).

Supply issues

The following supply issues are currently affecting stock in store and online orders. We appreciate your patience and understanding if you've ordered any items from the following suppliers or categories and have yet to receive them:

  • Games Workshop. GW operations in Australia have reopened, but are on restricted distribution. This means that orders are being processed, but with the full catalogue being re-opened progressively. All customer orders for GW items will be fulfilled once products are available.
  • Army Painter. AP is still operating in the UK, but with reduced staff and distribution capacity. There are some lines which are currently out of stock in Australia, but stock is arriving all the time, so orders may experience delays.
  • Jigsaw puzzles. Stock is now available.
