Description

This kit builds twenty Mark IV 'Maximus' armoured Legionaries for a Tactical Squad in Warhammer: The Horus Heresy, and it suits anyone building out a Space Marine Legion army from either side of the war. Mark IV armour struck a deliberate balance between agility and protection, which is why it became so widely favoured across the Legiones Astartes. None of the miniatures carry legion-specific markings, so you can field them as Sons of Horus, Iron Warriors, Imperial Fists or any other Legion using the included transfer sheet. Options let you split the squad into two ten-strong units, each with its own sergeant, and outfit them with bolters, power weapons, or a nuncio-vox and vexilla bearer.
