Issue 2 – 1999 Nissan Skyline GT-R (R34). Brian O'Conner's silver-and-blue R34 opens 2 Fast 2 Furious in a Miami street race, and it very nearly wasn't a Skyline at all. The studio originally wanted Brian in a Dodge Neon SRT-4 until the film's technical director, Craig Lieberman, talked them out of it. His own street-legal R34 GT-R became the hero car, with extra Skylines bought in for the stunt work.
