Honouring the women who stepped forward in 1941, this 2026 20c Coloured Uncirculated Coin is part of the Royal Australian Mint's 1941: Service Amid Strife series. Struck in copper-nickel for Australia with an uncirculated finish, it weighs 11.30g, measures 28.52mm and has a maximum mintage of 40,000.

Aaron Baggio's reverse shows three women in service roles, with morse code radiating from a telegraph key to spell out the service acronyms, coloured after the Women's Auxiliary Australian Air Force uniform. The WAAAF was formed in March 1941 as Australia's first women's military service, and more than 27,000 women went on to serve in it. The obverse carries the King Charles III effigy, and the coin comes on its own themed card.
