2027 Year of the Goat - $1 Uncirculated Two-Coin Set (11927)

We have the 2027 Year of the Goat $1 Uncirculated Two-Coin Set from the Royal Australian Mint, a pair of aluminium bronze one dollar coins from Australia dated 2027 and struck to an uncirculated finish. Each coin weighs 9.00g with a 25.00mm diameter, and the set is limited to a mintage of 30,000.

The reverses are by B. Scott. One coin shows the Goat on its own, while the second places it at the top of the lunar wheel. The Goat is the eighth of the twelve zodiac animals, and legend has it finishing the Great Race by crossing the river on a raft with the Monkey and the Rooster. The obverse carries the King Charles III effigy by D. Thorne, and both coins are presented in a red and gold card with an outer box.
