First published in 1980, the Australian Women's Weekly's Children's Birthday Cake Book has sold more than half a million copies. In response to the thousands of requests that the Australian Women's Weekly has had over the years, often from mums who fondly remember the cakes from their own childhood, it has been taken from the archives and reprinted*.
